This particular Growth project required the replacement of 3x old AHU’s and replacement of old cabling for new, The new AHU’s required duel supplies with changeover switches installed, this enabled the client to have both incoming supply at turn key if there ever was a power outage. All AHU’s was connected in an alternative faction so that if there was a power outage on one incoming supply there would be sufficiently cooling the data centre

For us to achieve this we installed 150m 250amp new submain with distribution board from the low voltage switch board.

Horizon also replaced 3x new 100amp supplies to the existing AHU locations Installed supplies for condensate pumps The AHU’s also required: FM200 Fire detection cabling Vesda Fire shutdown connections Scada Fault wiring and connections Remote Start/Stop wiring and connections for temperature optimisationThe installation was installed in cable tray and basket All equipment was certified and commissioning certificate issued.
